The Poverty Simulation will give members of the community a chance to walk in the shoes of ALICE. Participants will walk the story of a real individual and make decisions those living as ALICE make every day. The simulation will include real life resources, vendors, and choices an individual may experience.
Volunteers are needed to help run this virtual community for our players. Help run booths to simulate a grocery store, pawn shop, employment office, Realtor, or a non-profit organization!
We are looking for volunteers who enjoy role playing and are excited to help others learn more about their community!
Volunteers will receive a short booth training from 8:00 am - 9:00 am the day of the event where they will learn what their role will be and how to run their specific booth.
