ReAct in a Heartbeat will be hosting a "Clean Hands" kit giveaway on May 28th at the United Way Of Greater Baytown Area and Chambers County office.
Volunteers will assist ReAct personnel with the logistics of the event - cars lining up, traffic flow, kit dispersement and clean up.
