We will be transforming an outdoor area of the school into a reading nook where students can step away from noise for a few moments, enjoy fresh air, and spend time reading fun and engaging books.
This project will include a team assembling four medium-sized picnic tables and placing them in their designated area. All materials and tools will be provided. A team lead will be assigned to ensure a safe and well-organized experience for all students participating in the project.
Please be sure to wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. A United Way volunteer T-shirt will be provided for all volunteers and must be worn during the project.
