Do you love working with kids and families? Want to help inspire creativity, promote wellness, and spark curiosity in STEM—all while having a ton of fun outdoors? Join us for a vibrant, high-flying volunteer opportunity at the GCCISD Wellness Festival!
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help children and families decorate, build, and fly kites during this action-packed wellness festival. Through this hands-on, joy-filled activity, families will not only enjoy quality time together, but also learn how science, engineering, and creativity all come together in the art of kite flying!
As a volunteer, you’ll:

Guide families through kite decorating and assembly

Share simple STEM concepts in fun, engaging ways

Cheer on young kite flyers as they take to the sky
