Join the Food Fair Team!
On Saturday, October 4, 2025, Hearts and Hands of Baytown will host a large-scale, drive-thru Food Fair in honor of United Way’s Day of Caring. Together, we’ll provide 300–500 families from Baytown, Highlands, and Chambers County with fresh produce, pantry staples, and essential household items—helping neighbors in need put food on the table.
This event is more than just a food distribution—it’s a high-energy, high-impact day of service where volunteers, staff, and partners unite to make compassion visible in our community.
✨ How Volunteers Make It Happen:
-
Stage and organize food pallets for smooth operations
-
Load food directly into client vehicles with care and dignity
-
Help manage traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency
-
Greet and guide families, creating a welcoming experience
For many households, this Food Fair arrives at a critical time—offering relief, hope, and connection to ongoing resources. By volunteering, you’ll not only fight hunger, but also help build trust, resilience, and unity across our region.
