The City of Baytown is hosting a FREE Back 2 School fair at the Baytown Community Center on Saturday, July 30th. The fair will have fun activities, community resources, school supplies, and COVID-19 vaccines for children 5+.
This day will not be successful without volunteers! We need volunteers to assist with crowd control, directing, and running various stations. This activity will be fully indoors and perfect for individuals and groups older than 14. Now let's go out and make a difference!
Registering is a 2-step process. Step 1 - Each volunteer must sign up individually and sign the volunteer waiver to become a “qualified volunteer”. Step 2 – Receive a confirmation email and complete registration.
Click “Respond” to get started. When the “Submit Qualifications” screen pops up, click “City of Baytown Revised Release.” Complete and sign the release, then click “Submit Qualifications.” Individuals 18+ should be able to register for the event immediately.
For individuals under 18 years, your registration status under “Required Qualifications” will change to Pending until a guardian signs the form as well.
Check your email for a confirmation. Once you receive a confirmation email that you are a "qualified volunteer," you can then register for the event by returning to this Volunteer Event Page. From there, you will need to hit "respond" again to register for the event.
