The City of Baytown is seeking volunteers for the next Park Pavilion Painting event! Volunteers will be painting park pavilions at the Baytown Nature Center on Saturday, March 6th from 8 am to Noon, or until the pavilion painting is complete. Whichever comes first. This event is one of the ways the City is working to unify all of the Baytown parks to further enrichen the cities already admirable scenery! Park Pavilion Painting is a great way to meet new people and serve your community, all while enjoying the beauty of Baytown’s parks.
Admission to the BNC is included in your volunteer registration. We will provide all supplies, a volunteer t-shirt, and water. Please wear clothes that you are okay with paint getting on.
*Important Volunteer Sign Up Information* Each volunteer must sign up for the event individually, because each volunteer must sign the volunteer waiver. When registering, volunteers will be prompted to "Submit Qualifications." Click the Volunteer Waiver to sign and then hit the "Submit Qualifications" button. From there you will be able to register for the event. Once you have completed this waiver, you will be considered a "qualified volunteer", and will not have to sign the waiver again.
