The culmination of the Passport to Change: Homelessness series will be Emerging Leader’s Poverty Simulation held on April 28 at the Baytown Community Center from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Participants will experience what it is like to live on the edge of homelessness by living the life of someone in the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) demographic.  The simulation will include real life resources, vendors, and choices an individual may experience.
