Highlands United Methodist Church

Highlands United Methodist Church is a welcoming community of believers with a focus in ministry and prayer. Our vision is to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ embracing the community of Highlands, Texas with His love for the purpose of building the Kingdom of God for the transformation of the world. Our mission is to effectively reach the members of the Highlands, Texas Community and beyond through service, missions, charity, and prayer for the glory of Jesus Christ our Lord.

We have a meal delivery program called Methodist Meals, that provides a hot meal to Highlands residents twice a month. On the first and third Saturdays of the month, volunteers prepare food, package and bag it up, and deliver to our recipients. We also have an outreach committee that hosts various events, programs, and fundraisers throughout the year.
