We provide comprehensive and in-depth universal social services. These social services include assisting individuals with locating resources within the community such rental assistance, utility assistance, employment assistance, healthcare assistance, obtaining documentation, as well as homeless and veterans services. We are a Community Partner with The Texas Health and Human Services Department which allows us to assist clients with applying for state benefits such as SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid. We also assist with Social Security Disability filing and Appeals. If need be, we advocate on behalf of our clients. We collaborate with other organizations and poviders to deliver these services.
To receive services, clients must complete an intake followed by a comprehensive assessment to determine the full scope of their needs. Once we have completed the assessment and referrals, we develop a plan of action for the client to follow to meet their deisred goals which should lead to self-sustainability. We also conduct at least 4 follow up assessments with the clients to obtain updates on their progress.
