Volunteer: Little Free Library Repair Needs – Anahuac Elementary School

Volunteer Opportunity: Back-to-School Little Free Library Makeover – Anahuac Elementary School

Help us get one of our Little Free Libraries ready for the new school year!

We are looking for volunteers to assist with maintaining the Little Free Library located at Anahuac Elementary School (905 N. Ross Sterling Ave., Anahuac, TX). The library needs to be carefully removed from its base and transported to the United Way office for some much-needed repairs.

Maintenance will include replacing missing roof shingles, giving the library a fresh coat of paint, and making sure it is in excellent condition before it is reinstalled and ready to welcome students and families back to school.

You can register for a volunteer shift and help us complete this project before the new school year begins. Your time and support will help ensure this Little Free Library continues to inspire a love of reading and provide free access to books for children and families throughout the Anahuac community.

Thank you for helping us keep our Little Free Libraries beautiful, safe, and ready to serve our community!
