about so much more than food—it’s about connection, education, and care.
Through personal delivery or a welcoming community room atmosphere, we offer:
- Nutrition and chronic condition education.
- Cooking demos and healthy recipe ideas.
- Access to resources from social service and healthcare agencies, creating a true one-stop shop for our neighbors in need.

- When: Thursday, July 2nd
- Where: Meet at Hearts and Hands to assist us with loading
Volunteer Roles:
- Setup Crew: Help prepare the space for distribution.
- Distribution Team: Assist with handing out nutritious food and resources.
- Encouragement Ambassadors: Share a warm smile and uplifting words with our precious guests.
What to Bring and Wear:
- A cheerful spirit and willingness to serve!
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
