Bay Area Turning Point is dedicated to supporting victims of domestic and sexual violence by providing essential resources for healing and recovery, including counseling, shelter, advocacy, and access to community services. To deliver individualized services effectively, it is crucial for each client to have a complete file containing the necessary documentation for both staff and grantors. We are requesting support to assemble comprehensive client file folders. This project will involve purchasing supplies for printing required paperwork, organizing, and filling the files. These folders will be utilized by direct care staff to maintain organization and track the established steps and goals for each client, ensuring a uniform appearance for easy access to information. Key purchases for this project include file folders and printer paper. The agency will provide the necessary documents to be printed and inserted into the folders. Once the supplies are acquired, volunteers will print and assemble the folders off-site before delivering them to the agency.

This project needs 1 Project Lead and 4 Volunteers.
