United Way of Greater Baytown Area and Chambers County proudly partners with Texas 211 to connect individuals and families with real-time support. Our commitment to equipping the community with essential resources ensures that those in need can access help when they need it most.

Nonprofits, first responders, and local agencies play a vital role in connecting individuals with critical services. To support their efforts, United Way GBACC is delivering 211 resource packets to key partners throughout the region.

Volunteers will assist by delivering these packets to nonprofit organizations, first responders, and other community stakeholders, helping ensure they have the tools needed to connect individuals with essential support services.

Inclement Weather Plan: In rainy conditions, volunteers delivering 2-1-1 packets should drive cautiously by reducing speed, increasing following distance, and using headlights. Protect the packets when possible and avoid large puddles to prevent hydroplaning. If weather becomes severe or driving conditions feel unsafe, postpone deliveries and notify the volunteer coordinator (Diana Molina dianam@unitedwaygbacc.org).
